1. RETURNS POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide your ANDRA online purchase with an exchange on full priced items only. Sale items are final and returns will not be issued unless the product is deemed faulty.
Exchanges will only be offered where:
- The goods are in their original condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact; ANDRA Swing tag & Returns label
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
- The goods are lodged for a Return within 7 working days of receiving date;
- Must not be marked as a SALE item on our website. Sale items can only be returned in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.
- Must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks
- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder
- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and the gusset protection sticker attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to occupational health and safety hygiene reasons.
- For security and peace of mind, we suggest using insured registered post as we are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your return.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged parcels once it is in transit with AusPost.
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 72 hours, and you should receive your return within 1-5 business days from date of receipt.
- We do not currently offer a free returns service. Return postage is not reimbursed.
- Exchanges & Credit notes are issued for the purchase price only. This does not include shipping costs.
Please follow the simple steps below:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your RETURNS FORM.
- Fill out the ANDRA ONLINE RETURNS FORM.
- Pack all items you would like to return in their original wrapping with your invoice in a secure carton or satchel, along with your returns form.
- Attend your local Post Office or Post box and send your return package to the returns address, which can be found on the RETURNS FORM.
2. FAULTY ITEMS
A refund will only be given if the item is deemed faulty or it has been damaged during shipping or you have received the wrong item. This policy is non-negotiable.
Please note: All ANDRA products go through an extensive quality control process, during manufacture & at the point of dispatch. In the case you receive an item with a fault, please email email@example.com
In the circumstance the garment is deemed faulty:
- We will issue a replacement of this style
- If the faulty item is no longer in stock, we will issue you a full refund or credit note of the full amount to use towards another item
ANDRA THE LABEL reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
